Superfood Recipe: Holiday Ginger Molasses Cookies
Happy holidays!
I find baking to be very relaxing as a hobby over the holidays.
It brings back childhood memories of cookie cutters and counters covered in flour.
Putting on some holiday tunes, pouring a glass of wine and following a cookie recipe is a great opportunity for self-care.
In the end I (hopefully) have a batch of delicious cookies to share with loved ones.
I'm sharing my favourite superfood cookie recipe for you to try out this holiday season!
This recipe has gluten, sugar and butter and is unapologetically indulgent.
It's important to enjoy the holidays and have treats in moderation without guilt.
