Super Food Recipe: Protein Pancakes Three Ways

Did you know white flour is so quick digesting it's basically the same as eating sugar?

Bread, bagels, donuts, muffins, pasta, waffles, pancakes...mmm...pancakes!

Instead of giving up your favourite foods, modify them with a Super Food Recipe!

Here are three great protein pancake recipes to replace your usual pancakes!

The benefit of these pancake recipes is that they are full of protein!

Super Food: Protein

Protein makes up the building blocks of organs, muscles, skin, hormones and pretty much everything that matters in your body.

For this reason, you should eat high-quality protein at every meal.

Studies show that this improves health in various ways, such as helping you lose weight and belly fat, while increasing your muscle mass and strength.

Some of these recipes call for protein powder. Protein powders can come from many sources. The many types are vegan, whey or beef protein powder.

For recipes that call for protein powder I recommend using a protein powder of your choice in either vanilla or chocolate flavour.
